Market Management
The following commands are available to the Market
Manager. They allow the manager to change settings and customise
the local market to their requirements. The directors of the
spaceobject where the market resides are automatically market managers,
even if not listed on the console as being a manager.
Some of these functions are not fully operational yet,
and they are still undergoing change and development.

This command allows a market manager to add and
remove companies from the list of authorised builders.

Companies will only be able to build assets such as
Warehouses, Shipyards, etc if they are an authorised builder.

Companies with an existing Asset will still be able
to manipulate that asset even if their authorisation is revoked.
They will be able to buy and sell factories for their warehouse for
instance.

This sets a Market's status as Advertising Open or
Regulated.

Advertising Markets are visible for trade
comparrisons, and have certain attributes set visual so that Economy
PADDs can gain information from them.

Open Markets are simply identified as being
available for unrestricted trade.

Regulated Markets only allow specifically authorised
Ships/Guilds/Individuals to trade there. They may also charge
further fees for the rights to trade there.

This sets the various taxes at the local market, all
taxes collect at the treasury specified by the Market Manager.

Import taxes are incurred when selling commodities
at the market.

Export taxes are incurred when buying commodies from
the market.

Labor taxes are incurred by all labor activity at
the market, usually from company labor.

Company tax is related to the buying and selling of
Company Assets (Warehouses, Factories, Shipyards, etc)
